Confirmation
To help us plan and prepare for your function professionally, provisional bookings should be confirmed in writing at least 2 weeks beforehand. Reservations made with 14 days to be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Numbers
The final number of guest to be confirmed no less than 5 days prior to the occasion. If numbers vary then please advise us as soon as possible in order that we may plan and charge accordingly. We reserve the right to charge for a reduction in in numbers with less than 24 hours notice.

Payment
Payment in full on departure, however a 30 day credit arrangement can be made upon written request.

Cancellation
A deposit of £500. is required to confirm reservations of the Banqueting Suite. Should you have to cancel your deposit will be refunded as follows:
6 week before confirmed date - fully refunded, 4-6 week of confirmed date - 50% refunded, 2-4 weeks of confirmed date - 25% refunded, 0-2 weeks of confirmed date - no refund.

Prices
Upon written confirmation of a booking prices will be fixed, however we reserve the right to alter our prices at ant other time.

Food & Beverages
You are requested not to bring food or beverages onto the premised unless by prior arrangement.

Damage to property
Help to maintain this wonderful old building, its fixture and fittings by not affixing nails, screws, tape tec to the walls, floors, pillars or ceilings with prior approval. Any damage will be charged for at cost.

External contractors
Should you wish to use the services of a contractor other than one arranged or approved by the King's Head we shall require full indemnity against any claims arising from any action or default. We also reserves the right to refuse access without prejudice to any contractor.

Publicity
We are pleased that you have chosen the King's Head as your venue, but request that you do not use the King's Head name or photographs in any advertising or publicity without our consent.

Liability
The King's Head shall not be held liable for cancellation caused by any event beyond our control including fire, flood, strike Act of God or any matter not listed that renders the King's Head unable to provide the function.

BY CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION AND PAYING THE DEPOSIT YOU ARE DEEMD TO HAVE ACCEPTED THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.
